Lucy Dalley – Iyengar Yoga Teacher

Yoga for me has been a journey of acceptance of my own unique body, and my approach to teaching is fully inclusive. As someone who has experienced exclusion, I trained to teach so as to be able to offer a safe spaces for everyone.

I am teaching a new class in 2025, in Corfe Village Hall, near Taunton. More details can be found in the Classes section.

I can offer an inclusive class regardless of whether you have practised Yoga before or have never even set foot in a Yoga class. If you are unsure or nervous about attending a Yoga class, please contact me. If you think you can’t do Yoga, you should try it. You might be surprised!
